To achieve this goal, the Generalitat has reviewed all the mandatory procedures that companies must carry out with the administrations for their legalization and throughout their life cycle. The AOC Consortium has been actively involved in the plan FUE with the Service of Processing of Business Activities in the Local World (FUE Local), offering to the city councils some ordinances type of reference, some technical tables interpretative,18 electronic forms, as well as the connection to the Company Channel.
It is important to note that all the work done is based on it model ordinances type drafted by the Directorate of Legal Services of the General Secretariat of the Diputación de Barcelona, which has provided the legal framework needed to identify the procedures, homogenize the service letters and define the processing forms.
They are currently 17 city councils Catalans who already have the service of processing business activities in the local world (FUE Local).
