The service Representa allows you to register representabetween two people, whether of a general nature, by a specific organization or for procedures. Registrations can be made from the electronic headquarters of the public organizations that are users (through the citizen/company portal) or, from the citizen service offices (in the case of individuals), from the public employee portal (with access fromEACAT).
It is common that many times, parents or guardians have to carry out procedures on behalf of their children or wards, such as for registration in some camps or the request for a subsidy or school aid.
In this sense, the representaof a minor, which corresponds to the persons who exercise parental authority or guardianship (e.g. parents), is not subject to registration in the Representa.
In general, a non-emancipated minor does not have the capacity to act (apart from the exception of art.3.b of Law 39/2015) and, as a consequence, cannot initiate an administrative procedure as an interested party.eresin an administrative procedure.
