Service cut April 5 – 8: planned actions in relation to the services affected by the calculation of deadlines
At the end of last 2021, the target of 200 migrants was reached new version of the e-TRAM 2.0 service. These represent very good figures, which encourage us to continue with the migration work throughout the year 2022, with the aim of having migrated the bulk of the body to the new solution at the end of this year.
And how does migration work?
We make progress in migrating to the territory following a "territorial" criterion and coordination with supra-municipal entities.
Once a body has been planned from the AOC, we get in touch to transfer the different tasks that will need to be carried out, although for practical purposes it is basically necessary to activate the role / s of editor in EACAT, adjust the catalog available procedures (if you want to customize it), and especially changing links corresponding to the website of the entity in question (pointing to those of the new e-TRAM 2.0).
And here comes the key point: entities migrated to e-TRAM 2.0 keep the previous version of e-TRAM (1.0) active for a time long enough to be able to do these tasks (about 2 months), but there is a date on which it is time to deactivate the old version.
What will happen on March 15, 2022?
The deployment model goes through leave a margin for coexistence e-TRAM 1.0 and e-TRAM 2.0 so that each can adjust their catalog of procedures and especially the links of their web portals to the new version.
So, and for all the entities where the solution was migrated in the past 2021, the date of March 15 is when the procedure will be done automatic download of the environment for citizens of the e-TRAM version 1.0. So, the old version of e-TRAM will stop working, and you need to have proper web links.
We have sent personalized communiqués to each of the bodies, via e-mail from the AOC, or via the county councils and provincial councils that collaborate in the migration work. However, you can check if yours is migrated to us in the service indicators section "Service details".
You will see that it can be selected for e-TRAM and e-TRAM2. You need to select e-TRAM 2.0, although the e-TRAM option for history will be retained, so you can see the paperwork and savings for each version and for us.
Status of the e-TRAM 2.0 service as of March 4, 2022
Given the importance of having the links updated to the e-TRAM 2.0 version from the AOC, we will send reminder emails to the technical contact we have for each entity associated with the migration, and which you proactively sent to us.
For the rest of the entities that we will be migrating this 2022, beyond the posts we can make, we will also report the closing dates in a proactive and personalized way.
I don't have e-TRAM 2.0 yet but I want to encourage migration to my body?
Beyond the selection of entities that we can establish in the different phases of migration, it is key for us to count on your proactivity.
