El Digital Government Congress (CGD) is the reference debate forum in Catalonia in the field of digital transformation of the public sector that will be held in Barcelona on December 3 and 4, 2024. The CGD is a meeting point and exchange of experiences especially aimed at elected officials, managers and technicians who promote digital transformation in Catalan administrations.
In this edition we want to focus on a digital transformation inclusive, safe and sustainable that places people at the center. The program will be developed around the following axes:
- Digital rights and training
- People-centered services
- Business services
- Efficient administration
- Open government and good governance
- Smart governments
- Infrastructures and cyber security
- Cultural change and sustainability

The criteria for prioritizing the selection of papers are as follows:
- Proven experience with demonstrable results (good practices)
- Innovative initiative applied to practice
- Case of failure from which you can learn
- Strategic reflection initiative
- Other:
- Plurality of administrations and thematic interventions
- Only those who participate in the discussion boards representapublic sector entities or entities representing interestserescommon sounds
- Private sector companies must explain a practical experience accompanied by an administration, jointly presenting a real and successful case
