Service cut April 5 – 8: planned actions in relation to the services affected by the calculation of deadlines
Since this December, the Representa service has incorporated a new functionality for the entity administrator and service administrator profiles: the ability to consult the main indicators on representations directly from the employee portal.
How can you access this new functionality? It is easy. Simply log in to the employee portal, from EACAT and you will find the link in the upper right margin, in the "Dashboard" tab.
Once here, you can perform the searches you want, while obtaining information on the volume of representations created and managed, filtering by year, typology, state, origin, etc.
This is a first version of the dashboard and we would like you to send us proposals for data that you consider relevant to add and improve it through the AOC improvement portal.
