Continuous improvement of the Digital Maturity Index: how do we move forward?
More than 750 people have attended during 2023 the trainings or days of the alert channel service of the Open Administration of Catalonia.
Over the course of the year, eight calls for specific sessions of the service and one partition in one day have contributed knowledge, resolved doubts and collected proposals for improving the Bústia Etica service, the alert channel that the AOC has for public entities of Catalonia.
More than 300 entities have an alert channel thanks to the service
Currently, more than 300 public entities have the common service, thanks to the collaboration of the Network of Open Governments of Catalonia.
The service includes access to the test environment, deployment of the entity's real environment and technological support.
Presentation of the November training
Last November 23, the training took place in collaboration with the Network of Open Governments of Catalonia.

Upcoming formations
Next November 30, as part of a work session with the regional councils of Catalonia, the status of the service and the most relevant news of the alert channel will be presented. This session is reserved by these entities.
In any case, you can register for the next open training of the service, you will find the call at AOC Campus. We will do this training on Wednesday 14/12/2023 from 10.00 a.m. to 13.00 p.m. The seminar will be held using Teams, and it is recommended that you have access to the camera and/or microphone on your computer.
