More than 1.900 entities already integrate information into El meu espai of the AOC

Thanks to the last oneseres integrations with AOC services, currently more than 1.900 entities integrate their information into El meu EspaiThe main services that have been included are e-TRAM, e-NOTUM, VALID, VIAOBERTA, HÈSTIA and e-FACT. The recommendations integrate information from the CIDO service of the Barcelona Provincial Council.
In relation to their processing activity, more than 1.900 entities already integrate their information related to processing activity (such as files, procedures, records or invoices).
Approximately, El meu Espai It receives visits from 1.500 people a day.
More than 250.000 actions and 47.000 files
In the last 3 months, more than 250.000 actions (entry and exit registrations) and more than 47.000 files have been successfully managed through the Citizen Folders Hub.
This achievement has been possible thanks to the collaboration of the teams of the integrated public entities, their suppliers and the staff of the AOC.
The Citizen Folders Hub is the service provided by the Open Administration of Catalonia in collaboration with the Network of Open Governments of Catalonia to the entities to manage to integrate their information from the procedures with an inter-administrative vision.
In this sense, the system is provided to integrate the processing activity and the files of the people involved.ereshealthy.
The service provided by the AOC has been successfully deployed to more than 1.900 public entities and receives new requests daily.
This integration is completely free for public entities, thanks to the AOC, and is part of the “AOC” resource ecosystem.El meu espai".
El meu Espai prepares news and improvements
The latest version of El meu espai will be published shortly and offers citizens greater control over their relationship with the administration, incorporating a good number of design, functional and corrective improvements to the inter-administrative citizen folder that the AOC offers in collaboration with the Network of Governments open from Catalunya.
