When it is necessary to integrate with the Citizen Folders Hub and "My space"

One of the questions that are often asked by entities that receive Next Generation grants (you will find more information about AOC funds and services in this post) is how to integrate with the citizen folder through the Hub of Citizen Folders provided by the AOC Consortium.

As a result, the receiving bodies undertake to provide data to facilitate the provision of services.
The AOC citizen folder hub (MyGov) integrates the procedures and electronic notifications made with e-TRAM and e-Notum and also with the AGE's "My citizen folder"*. With this integration you don't need to do anything else. You can check the AOC (MyGov) Folder Hub Integration Documentation.
Within Strategic Line 5 of the funds, Interoperability of basic digital administration services, it is possible to finance the integration of the entity's own citizen portfolio with the AOC folder hub.
*Note: Currently, the integration with the AGE has a technical impact. We are in contact with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation to resolve it.
Then, I need to develop the integration with the Citizen Folders Hub?
The starting point is the following question:
Do you use the eTRAM, eFACT, VALID, ViaOberta and eNOTUM services?
If the answer is yes, the procedures and electronic notifications made with e-TRAM and e-Notum, the exchange of information via ViaOberta, the invoices presented via eFACT and the identifications made with VALID are integrated with El meu espai and procedures and notifications with "My Folder Ciutadana ” through the AOC Citizen Folders Hub (MyGov). With this integration you don't need to do anything else.
If the answer is negative, the actions, procedures and electronic notifications made to you may not be integrated and it is possible that the integration that we will detail in the section "First steps to integrate".
The Citizen Folders Hub and My Space
The Hub of Citizen Folders is the technological element that makes it possible for various sources of information relating to citizenship to contribute to display it in citizen folders through interoperability mechanisms.
My space is the citizens folder provided by the AOC and becomes the personal inter-administrative space that offers citizens greater control of their relationship with the administration, the Consortium offers it in collaboration with the Network of Transparent Governments of Catalonia. First steps to integrate
As we discussed earlier in this post, the procedures and electronic notifications made with e-TRAM and e-Notum respectively are already integrated into the Citizen Folder Hub directly, no further actions are required.
Those procedures, actions, communications, notifications, etc... that are not like this, can be incorporated through the integration with the Hub de Folderes Ciudadanes (HCC).
Which procedures can I integrate through the Citizen Folders Hub?
The HCC data model is designed with a broad vision to collect almost all types of actions and procedures. From registration entries, requests through other channels or other types of actions with citizens. The main criterion is to differentiate between actions that citizens initiate or send to the administration; and those that the administration generates or forwards to the public.
In addition, the HCC will allow you to integrate files, allowing people to see details of them and, for example, a URL to see more information.
