- Electronic notification
e-NOTUM will allow the processing attended to the opening of electronic notifications
From this coming Wednesday, October 27, eNOTUM will be integrated with Representa and from the portal of the public employee in EACAT, will be allowed to consult the representations available to the person receiving a notification and add them as additional recipients.
The Electronic Register of Powers of Attorney, created by Law 39/2015, of 1 October (art. 6), allows the registration of the representations that citizens, professionals and companies grant to third parties to act on their behalf before the Public Administrations. The Representa is a common electronic register of powers of attorney of all entities using the service (more information: Service Represents)
With the consultation enabled from eNOTUM in Representa, when an electronic notification is created addressed to a person, with just one click, it will be possible to search if there are representatives of this person, either a natural person or a legal person, and add -automatically as additional recipients or simply as sole recipients, rather than the interested party.
Technically, eNOTUM consults Representa:
In these cases, the representative natural or legal person returns and can be incorporated into the notification.
If you want more information on the type of representations and abilities, you can consult it in the following FAQ: What is a representation?
ENOTUM roadmap
One of the milestones of the eNOTUM roadmap is the integration with Representa, from its two sides:
With this integration, the first point has already been partially addressed, waiting for the consultation of type C representations or procedures (pending scheduling) to be addressed.
In relation to the second point, this integration is linked to the new citizenship portal (with a “citizen centric” vision, scheduled for the first half of 2022).
