Starting this coming Wednesday, October 27th, eNOTUM will be integrated with Representa and from the public employee portal to EACAT, consultation of the representations that the person receiving a notification has and add them as additional recipients.
The Electronic Registry of Powers of Attorney, created by Law 39/2015, of October 1 (art.6), allows the registration of representapowers that citizens, professionals and companies grant to third parties to act on their behalf before Public Administrations. The Representa it is a common electronic register of powers of attorney of all entities using the service (more information: Service Representa)
With query enabled fromeNOTUM al Representa, when an electronic notification is created addressed to a person, with just one click, it will be possible to search for existing representants of that person, whether a natural person or a legal entity, and automatically add them as additional recipients or simply as sole recipients, instead of the interesSat.

In these cases, the natural or legal person returns representant and can be incorporated into the notification.

Roadmap eNOTUM
One of the milestones on the roadmap ofeNOTUM is the integration with Representa, from its two sides:
With this integration, the first point has already been partially addressed, pending the possibility of addressing the query of representations of type C or procedures (pending to be scheduled).
In relation to the second point, this integration is linked to the new citizenship portal (with a “citizen centric” vision, scheduled for the first half of 2022).
