Quarterly publications aggregated under the new LCSP

One of the novelties in advertising and transparència incorporated by the new LCSP is the obligation to publish in the Contractor Profiles, at least quarterly and in aggregate, information relating to minor procurement, as well as the formalisation of orders with own resources of an amount greater than €5.000,00 and less than €50.000,00. Likewise, the award of contracts based on a framework agreement or specific contracts within the framework of a dynamic procurement system must also be published quarterly.

At the beginning of July it will be operational on the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP) the possibility of making these publications by means of a spreadsheet file that users must publish in the respective Contractor Profiles. During this month of June we will send you more specific information on how to make this type of publication.
