When a person went to a public administration to request the registration of a representation in person, they found that they had to fill in the application by hand indicating the details of the power of attorney, the representative and the representation itself and sign it. Subsequently, the public worker had to transfer this information to the platform, re-entering the data of power of attorney, representative and representation.
In order to simplify this flow, and prevent citizens from having to fill it in manually, as of today, February 15, a new option is enabled to save time and errors. Once the public employee has pre-entered the data of the representation on the platform, he will be able to download a pre-filled application with this data which will only need to be reviewed and signed by the applicant.
