A new version of the operator's website will be put into production in September, including some operational changes to the idCAT Certificat service. These changes will be a great advantage for operators in their day to day:
- Consultation with the General Directorate of Police to verify the details of the documents provided by users.
- Integration with the Unified Registration Service (MUX).
Consultation with the General Directorate of Police to verify the details of the documents provided by users
This change will involve the removal of the photocopy of the supporting document in those cases in which the DGP returns the information to us (DNI and NIE).
The idCAT certificate application itself will launch the query and return the information already loaded and uneditable for the issuance of the certificate.
Software changes are very simple and you can find an example in this document.
In cases where the consultation with the General Directorate of Police does not return data, either because it does not manage them, as in the case of passports, or because the number indicated corresponds to more than one user, or because the system is not operational at the time of the consultation), the procedure used so far will continue to be applied (making a certified copy of the document provided by the citizen).
Integration with the Unified Registration Service (MUX)
In the case of integration with MUX the change does not affect the daily operations of the operators.
The main change is that all the auxiliary registers of the idCAT that have existed historically will disappear and the entries of entrance to the own register of the entity will be realized, in the same way that the establishments of all the rest of AOC services become. (notifications, invoices, inter-administrative procedures, etc.).
