To obtain theidCAT Certified citizens choose the Registration Entity of their preference through the Registration Entity search engine found in the FAQ Where can I get theidCAT Certificate?

It is important that the data shown, such as address, opening hours, whether it is recommended to request an appointment, etc. are updated to avoid confusion and frustrated expectations on the part of citizens when contacting the Registration Entity.

If you need to update your ER data, send it viaEACAT/Procedures/AOC Consortium/AOC- Digital certification service the new Registration Entity File idCAT so that the current information is recorded in the search engine.

Even if there is no change in the data of the Registration Entity, it is necessary to send the File every 24 months, according to the specific conditions of the service.
