The report highlights that the Catalan administrations are leading interoperability in the State, together with the Basque Government. Specifically, the leading autonomous communities are the Basque Country, Catalonia and Galicia. As for the big cities, Barcelona, Manresa and Lleida lead the ranking.
Lídia Muñoz, head of the AOC's Via Oberta service, presented the Catalan model of digital administration in the field of interoperability and the great advances achieved with 85 million annual consultations between administrations to guarantee the right of the citizen not to present documents in the possession of the Administration. However, he also pointed out that most of the use is generated by the big administrations, but there is still a lot of work to be done to make it easier for small and medium-sized local authorities to use these services in an agile and efficient way. of its resources.
