The EUCARIS vehicle data query makes it possible to obtain information on foreign vehicles for sanctioning procedures in traffic matters. In this sense, it applies exclusively to traffic violations in the field of road safety provided for in article 98 of the Law on traffic, movement of motor vehicles and road safety.
Specifically, this service makes it possible to obtain the data of the vehicle consulted and its owner. On the one hand, with regard to the data relating to the vehicle consulted, the license plate, the second license plate, the reference date and the language of the documentation are returned. On the other hand, with regard to the holder's data, the name and surname, legal entity, sex, date and place of birth, identification document and address are accessed; among others.
