Service cut April 5 – 8: planned actions in relation to the services affected by the calculation of deadlines
With the old e-TRAM solution, there was often the case of procedures that were registered, but did not get into e-TRAM. The reason was that during the procedure an error had occurred and the citizen could not consider the procedure as presented, but the registration note had already been made. However, this case had to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to verify that the procedure had indeed given the citizen an error.
With e-TRAM 2.0 this issue is resolved, so that each body will be autonomous to verify whether the procedure has been completed successfully. A URL has been enabled where all procedures received during the last 30 days can be viewed. All information is available in the FAQ How can we check if a procedure has been received correctly?
