During 2021, more than 40 new idCAT Mobile Registration Entities have been opened in Catalonia. The idCAT Mobile can be obtained online without leaving home, however for some procedures such as modification or cancellation, it may be necessary to go to the Registration Entity. The opening of the new Registration Entities makes it easier for citizens to go to a nearby ER, thus avoiding further inconvenience and travel.
