During the years 2019 and 2020, as you know from above press releases, from the Department of the Vice-Presidency, Economy and Finance have been carried out, periodically, processes of elimination of electronic offers submitted to the two tools integrated with the Platform of Public Procurement Services (Telematic Presentation and About Digital).
These corporate tools of the Generalitat de Catalunya and implemented in the local world and in universities, by the AOC Consortium, are designed for the sending and receiving of electronic offers, but they do not constitute a repository of the documentation that composes them, which must be downloaded and saved by the contracting bodies, to their file managers.
In this regard, we inform you that, from now on, the deletion of the documentation that makes up the offers is enabled automatically and periodically, once two months have elapsed since the completion of the contract. That is, those that have been published for at least two months:
- Formalization.
- Award with the mark "Finish the file" in the basic data.
- Adjudication as deserted.
Thus, all the documents that make up the offers, the documents sent in the documentation requirements and the files generated by the tool (such as summaries and receipts) will be deleted from these files in PSCP.
The records of the offers will be kept in the databases, the records
of the audit tool related to the required bids and document templates.
