Finally it will not be November 18th but next November 25th when different functional and corrective improvements will be incorporated into the environment of the transparency portal and the open data portal that the AOC offers in collaboration with the Network of Transparent Governments of Catalonia.

- New subfamily linked to the protection of personal data
Within the “Institutional and organizational information” family you now have the new subfamily: "Protection of personal data", which includes three new manual items. Specifically:
- Data Protection Officer.
- Exercise of rights relating to the protection of personal data.
- Registration of personal data processing activities.

These three new items can comply with the requirements associated with the Transparency Laws, the European Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD), or Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
Remember that you will need to enter the different items and update them or, failing that, hide them.
- Improvements to the block of economic management indicators
With the experience of the last 6 months and with the direct participation of the local world, we have improved the existing version of the module of economic management indicators, adjusting the methodology of calculation of the data we show, adjusting the texts to make them more close to the public, and enhancing personalization options by the bodies, such as the incorporation of observations.

- Improving the interaction between the Transparency Portal and open data:
Very interesting new functionality to encourage the automation of transparency items based on data and resources published on the open data portal (which we offer from the AOC). Specifically, -and for those entities that have the open data portal with self-management-, you can now easily manage the fields you want to be displayed in the transparency items, from field selection to the order of the same.
Other fixes and enhancements and incorporates this version
- Personalization of the entity icon or web icon: the entity can now self-manage the logo that appears on the portal or the web icon "or favicon" of its portal.
- Improvements in the management of languages in the module for managing elected officials: to adjust aspects of the information published in the module in both Catalan and Spanish.
- Improvements to the control panel of the entity: all improving elements that with the deployment of the new available modules had to be adjusted.
- Improvements to the item: "staff calls" from now on will also show by default the status and the deadline for submission. At the update level, the data is updated from the CIDO source (Barcelona Provincial Council) five times a day instead of once every 24 hours.
