The Third Additional Provision of the Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, declaring the alarm status for the management of the situation of health crisis caused by COVID-19, suspends the deadlines for the processing of administrative procedures.
This interruption affects all notifications sent before of the entry into force of the Royal Decree (March 14), the period of acceptance of which extends this date.
For this reason the following actions have been performed at eNOTUM:
- Deactivate the expiration of the notifications made before March 14, with an acceptance period after this date (they will not change status to "rejected without access" or "rejected without action").
- Add a banner to the citizen environment informing of the general suspension of deadlines
- When the suspension is lifted, reactivate the access deadlines for the affected notifications.
- Continuity of eNOTUM to allow notification when user entities deem it necessary
In relation to states, then, for all those notifications filed between 03/03/2020 and 13/03/2020 and that they were in the following state at the time of the state of alarm statement:
- Deposited: they will remain in this state until the end of the alarm state, which will begin to count deadlines.
- Displayed: passed to state Deposited until the end of the alarm state, which will begin to count deadlines.
- Rejected without access: passed to state Deposited until the end of the alarm state, which will begin to count deadlines.
- Rejected without action: passed to state Displayed until the end of the alarm state, which will begin to count deadlines.
