In order to facilitate compliance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data in the publication of information on public procurement procedures in the PSCP by your bodies, we make available the document, prepared by the Technical Secretariat of the Administrative Procurement Advisory Board, which includes the recommendations to be taken into account by avoid the advertising of sensitive data of tenderers and staff in the service of the contracting authority.
