Today we want to focus on the subfamily of items called Protection of personal data, which is within the family Institutional and organizational information. This subfamily is based on the three manual items listed below:
These three new items can comply with the requirements associated with the Transparency Laws, the European Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD), or Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
