Data protection and Transparència, do you know the items available?

The Portal of Transparència is organized in item families and subfamilies.

Today we want to focus on the subfamily of items called Protection of personal data, which is within the family Institutional and organizational information. This subfamily is based on the three manual items listed below:

  • Data Protection Officer.
  • Exercise of rights relating to the protection of personal data.
  • Registration of personal data processing activities.

With these three new items, it is possible to comply with the requirements associated with both the Laws of Transparència, to the European Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD), or to Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
