Continuous improvement of the Digital Maturity Index: how do we move forward?
From October 2, 2016, Saturdays will be disabled under Article 30.2 of Law 39/2015. For this reason, from this date on, every Saturday will be defined by default as such in the calendar of non-working days of the e-BOARD available at general settings of this service to EACAT (see User manual, point 6.1.2).
However, it must be taken into account that, in accordance with the third transitory provision of Law 39/2015, the procedures initiated before its entry into force, this Law will not be applicable, but the previous regulations; that is, Law 30/1992. As is known, in accordance with art. 48.1 of Law 30/1992 when the deadlines are indicated for days, they will be working, except for their calculation only on Sundays and public holidays.
Therefore, when, according to the specific case, one determines to us that Saturdays must be working days, he must add to the calculation of the publication term as many days as there are working Saturdays.
To that end, we may remind you that the time limit for the public exposure of an ad may be extended in the states prior to its publication (+ info) and also in case it is already published (+Info).
