Published the Bases of the Judicial Scheme of Interoperability and Security

This document is provided for in the framework of the "Plan for the Acceleration of Justice in Digital Environments" of the Ministry of Justice, and is published in accordance with the provision made in the DDAA 3rd of the Law 18/2011, of July 5, regulating the use of information and communication technologies in the Administration of Justice.

It has been prepared by CTEAJE (State Technical Committee for Electronic Judicial Administration) to ensure interoperability between systems in the service of the Administration of Justice, in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, economic rationality and quality. The aim is to achieve interoperability between the judiciary with different procedural management systems according to the autonomous community or territory, as well as external interoperability with other administrations, such as the Security Forces and Bodies.
