- Electronic notification
The new citizenship portal e-NOTUM allows the adaptation of the interface to the corporate colors of the entity
E-NOTUM allows you to send notifications and electronic communications securely. In previous posts we have talked about how to send a notification.
Once the notification has been filed (which implies that it has already been issued and registered correctly), it is now accessible by the target citizen or companies.
It is important to know the data that is associated with the notification sent in order to access its contents. In any case, this information is partially anonymised to protect the personal data of the recipients, in the notification of receipt of notification, where you can also consult the means by which the recipient can be authenticated to access the notification. and that this changes to the state of practice. The following FAQ lists the main things to keep in mind when accessing an electronic notification.
A number of recurring errors have been identified in accessing the notification; which are listed in the FAQ Most common errors when accessing a notification. If you've sent a notification and the recipient is having trouble accessing it, you can help by sending them the two FAQs mentioned above.
From the AOC Consortium we are making changes to the standard template of the notice e-mail to improve the understanding of the information and facilitate the access of the recipients to the electronic notifications, changes of which we will inform you shortly. Among them, there will be the inclusion of these two mentioned FAQs.
You will find these and other casuistry collected in the E-NOTUM Citizenship Support Portal.
