- Electronic notification
Multichannel administrative notifications: on paper and electronically
The new portal, more usable and accessible, designed and conceived from the point of view of citizens, despite being a single portal for all users of the service, will allow the adaptation of its interface to the corporate colors of the entity user of the service and customize the footer of the emails made available.
The portal, which will be published next February 28, presents as its main improvement the fact that it is a single notification mailbox and, therefore, a person, once logged in, will find all the notifications that anyone sends us , user of e-NOTUM, have sent him. This mailbox, however, despite being unique, will contain the logo and corporate colors of the entity from which it has been accessed (either from its headquarters or from the notice of availability ).
In this sense, a review of the availability notices that are sent (e-mail and SMS) has been carried out to adapt the text, data and tone of voice to the concept of clear communication and homogenize them with the portal. For this reason, these will not be able to be customized beyond your foot. (The personalized templates that some of us used will disappear).
In this sense, from the employee portal in EACAT, with the role of Manager, if you access the section Configuration > Organization > Configuration of the entity, you will be able to:
You can find more information about the operation at: e-NOTUM configuration.
In relation to the logo that will appear on each portal, the logo that appears in EACAT is taken and, therefore, if one of us wishes to change it, he must do so by accessing EACAT: Modify logo
The e-NOTUM service has been in production for more than 12 years and its version of the citizenship portal, where citizens and companies can consult notifications, had been incorporating small changes and improvements, adapting to the needs and requests of users Now, however, a comprehensive review of the portal has been carried out to make it more usable and accessible, with a design, structuring and nomenclature focused on citizenship and with a major improvement such as the transition towards a single portal.
