The next day 5 in June we will incorporate some corrections, improvements and novelties to the services provided by the AOC associated with Open Government, such as the Electronic Office, the Transparency Portal or the Open Data Portal.
Specifically:
- Adequacy of the section “III.1 Data Protection” of the existing legal notice in the different electronic offices and transparency portals linked to the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (change made on 25 May).
- Improved loading speed optimization of the pages and performance of the portals.
- Changes in the foot of the portals, to make explicit mention of the work of the Network of Transparent Governments.
- Possibility ofself-management of own stylesheet (CSS) in both the Electronic Office and the Transparency Portal, which makes it easier to select the font, color of the portal, or a background image (more information in the Support FAQ).
- Editing improvements of the section "Structure and certificates" of the Electronic Office.
- Editing improvements of the item “institutional agenda of senior officials”, Specifically in the interest group selector.
- Improvements in manual data management of the item "Payment term to suppliers" with respect to the separation of decimals.
- Change to the code association infoparticipa 2017. Specifically, indicator 23 has been associated with the item “Modification of budgets”.
- Change to the code association infoparticipa 2017. Specifically, it has been updated in indicator 19 in the item “territorial urban plans” (previously code 50).
- Updates to the support portal of the set of files associated with the new law on public sector contracts.
Specific improvements to the Open Data Portals
- Redesign and usability improvements of the set of more than 1.100 open data portals available (where the existing supra-municipal open data are published on the transparency portal).
- Reclassification of data sets according to standardized categories.
- Possibility ofself-management of own stylesheet (CSS) for open data portals.
Deployment tasks will be performed on next June 4th. Occasional service outages may occur throughout the day. All of these changes will be available starting the day 5 in June in the different portals.
