As you know, the new Law 9/2017, on Public Sector Contracts, in particular in the Sixteenth Additional Provision, sections 1.ei 1.f, no longer talks about the deadline for 5-day notifications we had so far, and regarding the level of security, now tells us that they are “...els contracting bodies will have to specify the level of security… ”, and therefore does not oblige us to use“ card certificates ”.
At theeNOTUM we have the type of “Contracting” scope that allowed us to select the configuration / behavior of a notification according to the previous contracting law. With the new law, this field no longer makes sense, and therefore from this Wednesday 18 / April you will no longer have it available.
