The basic areas of social services must report to the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families the information necessary to draw up the “Unified Register of Data of Local Bodies”, the so-called RUDEL. Sheet 1 is especially complex, not only for its dimensions, but also for the wide range of variables it contemplates.
The AOC Consortium, in collaboration with the Barcelona Provincial Council, has made a guide which can be useful in understanding how the variables that Hestia provides for Card 1 of the RUDEL are calculated and what can be used to improve the recording of the data for the best results in next year's memory.
Regarding the descriptive data of the entity, they are taken directly from the “Configuration” section of each ABSS. If these are not correct, each coordinator can modify or complete them through the "General" tab of the "Configuration" section.
