The business intelligence statistics, available in the Exploitation section of Hestia since spring 2019, have been expanded to show new values, such as people suffering from energy dependency (field registered in the personal file) and a new report that provides information on all Via Oberta inquiries accessible from Hestia carried out by each of the ABSS.
This latest report of Via Oberta data allows you to know the number of consultations for each of the available modalities carried out by the ABSS and to compare them, for example, by region. These consultations have made it possible to speed up the knowledge of people's necessary data by social service professionals in the 88 basic user areas of Hestia, consolidating the option of consulting data from the Register of people who use the SSB, as the most consumed modality.
The leading position in the consumption of Padró data is not surprising, considering that this option allows you to register people's records by entering only the NIF/NIE/Passport and then copying the data returned by the query in order to quickly fill in the home address and the person's full name, thus also avoiding typographical errors.
The data that can be consulted in these statistics is updated weekly.
We hope that these available reports will encourage you to continue using these statistics to analyze your ABSS registration data, support decision-making and detect potential patterns in order to improve the lives of people who come to our Basic Social Services.
