New training calls for the Alert Channel service
Registration is now available for the next online training of the Alert Channel service. It will be done by Teams and with a duration of 4 hours.
This year, we are once again partnering with the ACM to deliver the legal content blog.

- Block I. ACM. Legal content:
- Main legal aspects and application regulations.
- Documentary proposal for regulations: Regulations and Agreement referred to as a proposal by the Network of Open Governments of Catalonia.
- Open turn to speak.
- Block II. AOC. Service to deploy your channel:
- The complaint channels and alert systems and the Ethics Mailbox service as a common solution.
- Service as an administrator and other roles.
- Case management.
