With the aim of facilitating the tasks of monitoring people, a new functionality called "Summary view" is born, available from October 5 in the files of Basic Social Services, which allows professionals to quickly compile the elements basics that make up the file of the coexistence center, thus facilitating the accompaniment of people.
In addition to showing the last 5 current elements of each of the basic categories of the file (diagnoses, resources, procedures, manual actions,...), the "Summary view" allows the professional to dispense with the sections of the file that he does not consider necessary, closing them by clicking a simple cross or adding them again, generating as many hits as the “Summary view” deems necessary. Apart from personalizing the view, it also allows you to go directly to each of the sections of the file to modify or consult them in depth.
In addition, the "Summary view" allows the generation of a printable version in PDF format, which incorporates the expansion of all the elements of the various categories in each of the sections, without the limitation of 5 elements per category (2 in the case of Intervention Plans), in case it can be useful to professionals in the study and monitoring of cases.
The use of this new option for SSB files does not have any effect on professional practice nor can it be used to prepare summary reports of the files, because the resulting information can be partial or fragmented at the discretion of the professional. If you have closed one of the sections of the summary view, the PDF version will maintain this omission of data; in order to regenerate a complete version with all the data, just close the current version of the “Summary View” and regenerate it.
Accompanying this new functionality is the publication in production of the web service that allows data contained in the files of Basic Social Services to be modified, as for example it could be the resolution of the resources of SSB files that are managed outside Hestia. You will find the necessary documentation for integration at Support Portal for Integrators of the AOC Services.
SIAD files now allow Protection Orders affecting women to be recorded in more detail and the details of their breaches, where applicable.
From the AOC we continue to bet on facilitating and supporting the daily tasks of Basic Social Services professionals.
