- Processing between administrations
The call for the 2023 Collective Initiative Award is open
EACAT user managers currently have the option of define groups of users and designate them as recipients of the generic shipment. This option has two functionalities:
In both cases, the use of user groups speeds up the management of generic submissions, as it makes it possible to assign a generic submission directly to a group of users without having to assign user to user.
When sending the generic remittance, if the destination body has defined User groups/units, there is the option to choose the unit or body to which the remittance is addressed (there is only the option of select units or bodies when an entity that has them defined is selected as recipient, if the user manager has not created bodies or units this option will not appear when preparing the generic shipment).
This functionality is explained in detail in the FAQ TGEN - How to send a generic shipment to a specific administrative unit of a public entity? available at EACAT support portal.
