On the other hand, you should consult service letters from Via Open that you will find ranked by data providers. If you access it, you will see the list of services available with the information needed to request the ones that interest you most, depending on the areas of administrative management typical of your organization.
Data and documents currently available
The Catalog of Interoperable Data and Documents in Catalonia (CDiDIC) is the tool provided by the public sector of Catalonia to make effective the right of citizens not to provide data and documents that are in the possession of public administrations according to is established in article 21 of Law 29/2010, on the use of electronic media in the public sector of Catalonia). This law also entrusts the AOC Consortium with the management of the catalog and the elaboration of the CDiDC management and use protocol. The Catalog is structured in units called Via Oberta services. A service corresponds to a set of data or an electronic document with a unique functional or legal entity and usually related to a transferor or type of transferor. Each service is organized into different subsets of data of interest called consumption patterns. NOTE: if you are a body of the Administration of the Generalitat, you must access through the Administrative integration and collaboration platform (PICA) which is managed by the Office of Processes and Electronic Administration (OPAE). In order to request it, you need to contact requidores.otpica.ctti@gencat.cat.
Application for services
All the following services are requested through a single form in which the request is made by administrative procedure. From the following link, you can access the application form for the Via Oberta services located at EACAT.
The the only data that you will request through their own form are those of the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT) since this requires us to formalize a series of special requirements. At the'EACAT You will also find the form to request the services of Open Via that come from the AEAT.
In the event that you want to consume your own register for obtaining flyers (what is called OV Propio), you must consult the section "Register data of the Municipal Register of Inhabitants (PMH)".
