How to apply for the service
Important: Businesses and citizens should not sign up for the service. To know how to consult notifications you can consult How to access the notification received.
To request the electronic notification service, the procedure to follow is as follows:
1. If you are one body of the Administration of the Generalitat,
contact the organizational unit, or equivalent, of your department who will tell you how to proceed since you must use this service through the Platform for integration and administrative collaboration (PICA) managed by the Office of Innovation and Digital Administration (OIAD) together with the Center for Telecommunications and Information Technologies of the Generalitat (CTTI)
2. If you are any other public sector body in Catalonia,
you will find the procedure for applying for the service, a EACAT Procedures (consult how to join EACAT)> provider Consorci AOC, Service CAOC – Request for services > “Application for registration and modification of AOC services” procedure.
It is important to consider:
- That form must be downloaded from the entity that asks the service.
- In order to be able to download the registration form, the EACAT user manager must have assigned you “CAOC service - Request for Services”.
- That, once the form has been completed and validated, it will have to be signed electronically and send it via the "Submit" button on the form itself or throughEACAT Procedures> Registration window.
NOTE: by default, the electronic evidence generated in the electronic notification delivery process is signed with an AOC Consortium mid-level electronic Seal Certificate. Optionally, if you want these electronic evidences to be signed with an electronic stamp certificate from your entity, you need to request a mid-level stamp certificate issued exclusively by the AOC services by following the steps below: "How can I apply for an AOC seal?"
