Prerequisites
Yours must be registered with us in EACAT and have a user on the platform. How to have a user on theEACAT with access to the AOC consortium services catalog? You must ask your entity's user manager to create a user for you. If you do not have one, you can check the name by contacting us through our ER support portal idCAT.
Users who need to process documentation related to the service idCAT must have the “AOC Services Request” permission assigned to them from theEACAT.
Application process
- If you are already a Registration Entity idCAT (certified) and you want to be a Registration Entity idCAT Phone check out this one move over.
- If you are not yet a Registration Entity idCAT you need to follow these steps:
Access the platform EACAT – Procedures – AOC Consortium Provider – AOC Service Request – Registration Entity Form submission idCAT. Download the Form from the Documentation section of the submission form, fill it out, sign it electronically and send it through the same platform. In this form, the general conditions of the AOC Consortium and the Specific Conditions for the provision of the ER service will be accepted. idCAT that involve the constitution as a Registration Entity idCAT (certificate and mobile).
Once your application has been accepted, the constitution process will consist of the following parts:
- Fill in the necessary documentation.
– Apply for theEACAT operator certificates idCAT by the staff of the entity that will provide the service idCAT.
– Train the operators who will provide the service idCATThe AOC Consortium will contact the entity to manage the training.
– Assign permissions to operators through the service Via Oberta, in the Digital Services section of Catalonia, to be able to broadcast idCAT Phone.
