Available resources AOC – FUE Local

With e-TRAM 2.0 you can be FUE in a fast and very simple way:

• You only need to have the e-TRAM 2 service.
• Activate the procedures and forms associated with FUE (and make them visible)
• Then, from AOC we already manage the integration with Canal Empresa.

We offer you one demo environment about e-TRAM 2.0, which includes the different FUE procedures (grouped in the "Industry and commerce" family), adjusted to the Facilitation Law (18/2020) in case you want to consult them.

We also offer the possibility of being a Local FUE through our own solutions:

• In this case you must work internally in an XML with the details of your catalog procedures, continuing with the following Technical documentation
• Once validated, it will be necessary to give us connectivity and expose the XML so that we can consult it daily.
• From the AOC we will integrate the catalog data extracted from the XML with Canal Empresa (guided search of procedures).

It is necessary, of course, for both cases to dispose at least the following 9 active procedures in your catalog:

1. Communication of start and substantial modification of activity in an establishment with technical certificate
2. Communication of start and substantial modification of activity in an establishment with technical project and certificate
3. Request for a previous report on fires
4. Prior notification of change of ownership
5. Urban report associated with the processing of activities
6. Responsible statement on food health
7. Environmental license (Annex II)
8. Prior municipal environmental communication (Annex III)
9. Prior communication of non-substantial modification of an activity with effects on people or the environment

We users of the service

Currently more than 900 Catalan town councils which already comply with the basic requirements associated with the Simplification Law to become FUE. If your municipality has not yet joined the service, at the following link we explain in detail how to be an entity FUE.
