A complete catalog of different procedures is included for municipalities and companies to offer. Facilitates processing in a standard way (following the criteria of OGE- Company Channel)
Agile and fast
As a council you can choose to easily activate the procedures in the e-TRAM 2.0 solution. Just activate the FUEs and they will already be available (and integrated with the Guided search of procedures).

You can also be FUE using your own solution (and therefore without e-TRAM 2.0), you can do that too. But you will need to follow the criteria set out in technical documentation.

Available resources AOC – FUE Local
With e-TRAM 2.0 you can be FUE in a fast and very simple way:
- You only need to have the e-TRAM 2 service.
- Activate the procedures and forms associated with the FUE (and make them visible)
- Then, from AOC we already manage the integration with Canal Empresa.
We offer you one demo environment about e-TRAM 2.0, which includes the different FUE procedures (grouped in the "Industry and commerce" family), adjusted to the Facilitation Law (18/2020) in case you want to consult them.
We also offer the possibility of being a Local FUE through our own solutions:
- In this case you must work internally in an XML with the details of your catalog procedures, continuing with the following Technical documentation
- Once validated, it will be necessary to give us connectivity and expose the XML so that we can consult it daily.
- From the AOC we will integrate the catalog data extracted from the XML with Canal Empresa (guided search of procedures).
It is necessary, of course, for both cases to dispose at least the following 9 active procedures in your catalog:
- Communication of start and substantial modification of activity in an establishment with technical certificate
- Communication of start and substantial modification of activity in an establishment with technical project and certificate
- Request for a previous report on fires
- Prior notification of change of ownership
- Urban report associated with the processing of activities
- Responsible statement on food health
- Environmental license (Annex II)
- Prior municipal environmental communication (Annex III)
- Prior communication of non-substantial modification of an activity with effects on people or the environment

How to apply for the service
You will find the procedure for applying for the service, a EACAT Procedures (consult how to join EACAT)> provider Consorci AOC, Service CAOC – Request for services > “Application for registration and modification of AOC services” procedure:
It is important to consider:
- That form must be downloaded from the entity that asks the service.
- In order to be able to download the registration form, the EACAT user manager must have assigned you “CAOC service - Request for Services”.
- That, once the form has been completed and validated, it will have to be signed electronically and send it via the "Submit" button on the form itself or throughEACAT Procedures> Registration window.
