How to apply for the service
Therefore, you will need to complete the PDF document from Application for registration and modification of the AOC services where you must select the Decidim Catalunya service.
It is important to consider:
- That the service is available only to the local bodies of Lleida and Tarragona.
- That registration form must be downloaded from the entity that asks the service.
- In order to be able to download the registration form, the EACAT user manager must have assigned you “CAOC service - Request for Services”.
- That, once the form has been completed and validated, it will have to be signed electronically and send it via the "Submit" button on the form itself or throughEACAT Procedures> Registration window.
Considerations for service
The service is based on free software We decide and adherence to it is mandatory Social Contract.
To register, you must have:
- Internal staff or external support trained in the management of citizen participation initiatives. If this is not the case, please contact the Municipal Assistance Services in your area to resolve this. Basic course of the Decidim Catalunya service.
- Promote, within one year of registration, a citizen participation initiative.

The Provincial Councils of Lleida and Tarragona have support services as part of the project, please consult your municipal municipal assistance service if you are interested.
Priority in the activation of the instances of the Service is given to entities with participatory projects already drafted and accompanied by the municipal assistance services of the provincial councils.
