Customize communication

To personalize your communication with your name and email us, follow these steps:

Step # 1: Select the image. It will open in a new window

Step # 2: with the right mouse button, select the option “Page source code“. A new page with the source code will open.

Step # 3: Open one text editor (for example, Windows Notebook)

Step # 4: Select All source code and paste it into the notebook

Step # 5: Replace the shield for yours. You need to change the text 812650006.PNG of the link by the code INE10 of your entity (the same code you are using in the AOC Consortium's e-Office and Transparency service). You will find it because it is marked with the comment tag

So, you will go through the current url: https://www.seu-e.cat/logos/812650006.PNG
in the new url where XXXXXXXXXX will be your INE10 code: “https://www.seu-e.cat/logos/XXXXXXXXX.PNG”

Step # 6: Replace the text Xxxxxxx City Hall with your text. You will find it because it is marked with the comment tag

Step # 7: Save the changes you made and close the file.

Step # 8: Open the file with any browser. Select all items on the displayed page (Ctrl + A). Copy it (Ctrl + C) and paste it into the new mail of your regular mail client (Outlook, Gmail…).
