This workshop, framed in the 33rd edition of the Summer School of the Diputació de Barcelona, ​​aims to present possible automation in Social Services processes, especially in the digitization of IRER Reports, necessary to avoid supply cuts to vulnerable people.

The AOC proposes a solution to speed up these reports, while some local bodies are exploring the automation of processes, both for the IRER Reports and for others such as one-off grants. The aim is for local bodies to become aware of these proposals and consider their implementation to improve efficiency, agility and response to citizens. The workshop also introduces a model of collaboration between Social Services and other areas, such as Innovation, with the aim of improving the provision of services.

L'Summer School of the Diputació de Barcelona is a space for reflection, exchange and knowledge about local social policies that brings together nearly 300 political leaders and professionals from the municipalities and local bodies of the province of Barcelona.
