In this seminar, the speaker will discuss how to ensure the right skills and establish efficient governance practices to deploy AI solutions in the public sector to generate public value. He will present the necessary technical skills, as well as transversal skills such as critical thinking, ethics and the capacity for innovation. At the same time, he will analyze the needs
training for public professionals to adapt to an environment in which AI is increasingly present.

Ponent
Rony Medaglia is a professor in the Department of Digitalization at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. He has published in international journals such as Government Information Quarterly, Journal of Information Technology and Information Systems Journal, and co-edited the Research Handbook on Public Management and Artificial Intelligence. He has also conducted research and taught on the digitalization of government in a global context, including research work on digital innovation for the European Commission and the United Nations.
