The European Commission invites you to join the webinar series “Beyond digital government: rethinking public sector transformation”, which will take place between June and September 2026. This is a space to explore what these changes mean in practice and what comes next.

Over the course of three sessions, it will analyze how public services are becoming more omnichannel and proactive, how generative AI is used in public administrations, and how citizens perceive and trust government AI.
