This seminar will be structured in two parts. In the first, there will be a brief introduction to the basic concepts of Via Oberta. In the second part, the standardized procedures will be explained, a set of common and transversal procedures already reviewed and validated, which have a shared legal basis. They are of general application and allow for rapid processing if the request conforms exactly to what is provided for in the documentation worked on jointly between the State Data Platform and the AOC.
