The new e-NOTUM citizenship portal, framed within the Design system for citizen and business services. In this process, work has been done on this new design system, on a homogeneous tone of voice and on the use of plain language in the relationship between citizens and public administration. The presentation session of this new portal will be held on the day January 16 at 10.30 p.m., where it will show:

• the main improvements of the portal
• the main differences compared to the current portal
• the new design and nomenclature
• the most common access flows

The e-NOTUM service has been in production for more than 12 years and its version of the citizenship portal has carried out a comprehensive review of the portal to make it more usable and accessible, with a design, structure and nomenclature focused on the citizenship and with a great improvement such as the transition towards a single portal. In this way, the e-NOTUM goes from having a notification mailbox for each user of the service to a single mailbox, where people, once logged in, will find all the notifications that any issuing entity, user of e -NOTUM, have been sent to him.
