• Welcome by Ms. Montserrat Flores, Councilor for Participation, Good Governance and General Services of Reus City Council.
• Presentation and operation of the service Representa of the AOC Consortium, in charge of Judith Waters, service manager Representa of the AOC Consortium.
• Case study: Operation of the electronic register of powers of attorney in the electronic headquarters and telematic procedures of Reus City Council.
