The School of Public Administration of Catalonia, at the proposal of the Editorial Board of the Catalan Journal of Public Law (RCDP), organizes this conference with the aim of continuing the monographic section of the last issue of the Journal, whose title is "Diagnosis and proposals for a weighted administrative reform". It is a meeting point and an opportunity to learn first-hand how these challenges are addressed and piloted from different fronts, such as the institutional from the experience of daily practice to the academic, with views from political science and administrative law, without losing the option of listening to recognized voices from the university and government sphere.

Institutional opening by the director of the School of Public Administration of Catalonia, Ismael Pena-Lopez, and presentation of the monographic section of no. 67 of the RCDP "Diagnosis and proposals for a weighted administrative reform" by the professor of Constitutional Law at the UAB and director of the Revista Catalana de Dret Públic, Joan Lluís Pérez Francesch.
