The Federation of Municipalities of Catalonia (FMC) is organizing a practical session to address this issue with the aim of raising awareness and training people who serve the public and carry out these procedures in town halls.

Objectives of the day

• Explain the main new developments and changes when carrying out procedures with the Administration by people with disabilities (physical or intellectual, such as requesting a parking permit for a person with reduced mobility, obtaining a certificate idcat, ask for aid, request a home care service, among others.
• How can you carry out these procedures and how is your certificate granted or accredited? representaby their parents or relatives in the context of an administrative file, when the intellectually disabled person is of legal age?
