The conference, organized by the General Directorate of Good Governance, Innovation and Democratic Quality, aims to deepen the administrative procedure for processing and resolving requests for access to public information (SAIP), and will offer both an analysis of the doctrine and the specific regulatory requirements as a practical vision through the experiences that will be shared by the different units responsible for processing.

The aim of the day is to expose the regulatory requirements and the analysis of the doctrine on the procedures and requirements when exercising and processing the right of access to information and share examples and practical experiences.
