The e-NOTUM service will implement new default templates for notices sent by SMS. In this way, on September 21 when a notification is sent and the phone is set as the notification channel, an SMS will be sent with the following text.

The update will be done automatically to all users of the service. If someone wants us to keep their own template, they will have to ask us by opening one request on the support portal to maintain your personalized template, before September 14.
In relation to the e-mail templates, they will be modified soon, coinciding with the launch of the new citizenship portal, which will debut a new interface, with improvements in accessibility and usability and which will have as its main novelty, the fact that it is a single mailbox for all entities.
The e-mail templates, such as now, will allow personalization, but only in the initial text, not in the metadata of the notification which will be the same for all entities, for a homogenization of the service towards citizens.
