The use of digital services increases by 11%: balance of the AOC 2023
Next September 30, the fifth edition of the Postgraduate in Electronic Administration and Government Open to the Local World, organized by the UdG Foundation, the Diputació de Girona and the AOC Consortium, with the representatives of the organizing institutions and the new promotion of students.
The opening speech will be given by Beatriz Martin, a techno-enthusiast with a critical spirit and a bit of skepticism, is part of the BBDO&Proximity Spain team as Chief Digital Officer, an activity he combines with teaching the Executive Master's in Advanced Analytics & Data Science at the UIC.

In his speech, Beatriz Martin will address how new technologies will trigger a great social revolution, generating new opportunities to create a better society and new options to solve the great challenges we face. It is a technological and social, organizational and business model paradigm shift, which will change the way we live, socialize, play, shop, work, collaborate and organize ourselves.

Fifth edition of the Postgraduate
The fifth edition of the Postgraduate course will start with around thirty students from the administrations of Catalonia, mainly from the local level, as well as professionals from the private sector who work together with the Public Administration in digital transformation processes.
The Postgraduate course will repeat the hybrid format of the last editions, combining online classes with face-to-face classes in Girona to facilitate the attendance of public workers from all over Catalonia.
